Jack Glynn Jared

Well we were due to go to the hospital on Sunday night for the induction on Monday morning and Jack surprised us early, which I am sooooooooo glad for. I did not want to be induced. I started having contractions on Saturday night around 11:30p.m. off and on. Around 12:30a.m. they were coming on every 4 minutes until around 2a.m. I decided to call my doctor and they said you need to go to the hospital. We got to the hospital within 12 minutes. Nathan made sure we got there quickly. They admitted me to the hospital and the process began. They monitored my contractions and Jack's heart beat. Mom and I walked the halls trying to get Jack to move down into the birth canal and walking out the contrations. We walked for about 1 1/2 hours. Around 8a.m. I was around a 4 dialated and walked into the hospital at a 2. My doctor came in around 8 and broke my water and the nurse said at that point I could have my epidural if I wanted. I couldn't decide when I wanted it, but the nurse said go ahead and get it. He came in around 9am gave me my epidural and they started some pitocin to speed things up around 11am. I was at a 10 around 4pm and the doctor was they around 445pm to start pushing. We started pushing around 455pm and Jack arrived at 615pm on Sunday night. I had a quick labor process for a first time mom. Everything was way easier than I expected. God watched over me during delivery.

He weighed 7 lbs 14 oz and was 21 in long.

He is the most amazing baby in the whole world. He doesn't cry and he is amazing at breastfeeding. God truly has blessed us with a wonderful baby!! It is a miracle!!
