Hey!!! I will be 24 weeks on Friday!! I can't believe I am already 6 months. I have had the greatest pregnancy so far. I hope the rest is the same!! We have been go go go go. We did the Chili Cook off in Atlanta 2 weekends ago and we had to swim our way out of the campgrounds. Between Friday night and Saturday afternoon we had about 5-6 inches of rain. Everything was a disaster. We were cold, wet, and miserable. Hopefully next year will be better!! The best thing about the whole experience is that we one 4th place in Showmanship, which is the first trophy we have won!!! It was worth it!! We also had an ultrasound about a month ago and everything is wonderful!!! This weekend is Avery's birthday party.... she is 3 years old!! I can't believe it! The next couple of weekends are so busy. We have also had 2 showers already. Mom and dad had a diaper shower for us with all of our friends from alpharetta and I just had a shower this past weekend with my friends from Greenville and that was wonderful!!! Hey everyone!! Here we are at 12 weeks in the game!!! We had an ultrasound today... just seeing if the baby looked like it might have downs syndrome.It is a screening that is routine and the doctors that I work for recommend it. Plus it is another ultrasound!!! The baby is about 2 1/2 - 3 inches long and about as big as a peach!!! The baby was moving like crazy, but it is crazy that I can't feel it move yet. I feel wonderful right now!! I can't complain at all other than being tired, which is part of it. I will have another ultrasound at my office in a couple of weeks to see if we can get a good view of what the baby is. We got our baby furniture yesterday. I know it might seem early, but there was an amazing deal running through the 24th of this month and we didn't want to pass it up! Once we get things set up there will be pictures. I promise!!! About 3 weeks ago Nathan got baptized!! He was sprinkled as a child, but never immersed. They had a tailgating party and then just dunked people in a pool.... it was really cool!!!
