Cabinets & Doors Are Here !!!

Master Bathroom (pre-granite counter top)

Kitchen Cabinets are in!!!

Interior Doors

A work in progess

Siding was finished up and brick was delivered. We should be getting paint tomorrow and cabinets this weekend. I can't even wait to see our cabinets.

Here is a funny video of Lexie trying to get a piece of ice out of her bowl.

Here are some pictures from when Mom, Brooke and her friend Kelly came to Greenville.

We went downtown on Saturday night and had a great time!

We got some bling bling mouth candy!! Haha

Then we decided to put it on Bailey. She has a grill now!!!

Stage 5

We are at stage five!! Our dry was completed today and they have one more sand on it to be finished. They got half of the siding down today and should finish up the rest tomorrow. Cabinets and painting will be down this week also. The next step is flooring, interior doors, and light fixtures. We also got a close date of August 5th. We are so excited!!! That is about 2 1/2 weeks earlier than they originally told us. That is how far ahead of schedule that they are. We cannot wait to get out of this apartment. It is quite difficult to go from a 1900 sq ft house to a 755 sq ft apartment that you share walls and have to go up and down the stairs to carry in your groceries and take the dogs out. It sucks!!! The walls are starting close in after 4 months are being here. There will be more pictures very soon since they are getting ready to do some big stuff!!! Before we know it we will be moving in! By the way I (Ashley) am down 35 pounds in my weight loss. Go me!!

Wish I was there! (our honeymoon in aruba)

Next subject: Mom, Brooke and her friend Kelly came for the weekend. They stayed from Friday to Monday. We had an absolute blast and got to fit a lot in. We had some great food, shopping and my own comedy!! I am pretty entertaining reinacting comedians. Haha!! Mom, Dad and Brooke are coming back this coming weekend and Nathan and dad will go and play golf in Asheville, NC. In the mountains.. it is only 45 minutes from Greenville. Mom, Brooke and I will just go shopping and maybe take the dogs to the dog park. They would love it!! It is supposed to be mid 80's this weekend. Well enough for now!! Much Love, Nathan and Ashley!!!

Moving Right Along!!!

They just started the drywall this morning and have just about finished hanging it and then they will tape, mud, and sand it. It is amazing how fast things are moving!!! I also included a few pictures of the roof, windows and house wrap. The siding should go on by the end of the week, and then they will do the brick in the next few weeks. It is really starting to look like a house.

Enjoy! :)

Makin' Some Progress

We are makin' some progress. The framing is all completed. They put the bathtubs and shower in as well as did all the gas lines, electrical work and duct work. The windows were installed today as well as the exterior doors. They should be putting the shingles and the siding on the house tomorrow, so we should have more pictures. Nathan is having a pre-dry wall meeting on Friday and then they should start the dry wall early next week. They are 10 days ahead of schedule right now. Yeah!!!

More pictures...

This progress is just from today!! Crazy how fast they work!!

2nd Floor

This is the 2nd level. We climbed up because there is no stairs yet.

This looked like fun to sit in, so I did!!! Haha

Now they removed all the temporary wall supports that make the walls square. The rooms look so much bigger now.

More pictures below!!! Enjoy and let us know what you think. They hadn't even started the 2nd floor as of this morning and by 7'o clock tonight they were almost done with the 2nd floor. They will be starting the roof tomorrow. I'm sure there will be more pictures!!
